A Journey of Transformation & Impact

Pierre's journey is one of transformation and impact. Originally from Haiti, he spent 30 years in the U.S., building a rich career spanning over 25 years in the corporate world — from Engineer to Tech Support, Sales Engineer, and Sales Representative — gaining deep expertise in technology sales through the 1990s and 2000s.

Along the way, he developed expertise in project management, business development, and fostering meaningful connections. In 2017, Pierre launched his first marketing agency in New Jersey, blending his technical background with a passion for helping businesses thrive.

By December 2017, he created PR Marketing Agency to serve clients in Puerto Rico and across the United States — leveraging his deep understanding of technology, marketing, and business growth to deliver exceptional results.

Pierre is also the host of The Daily Motivator podcast, where he inspires and challenges his audience with practical tips for personal and professional growth. His tools — including The Emerging Entrepreneur Blueprint and Business Growth Mastermind — guide aspiring entrepreneurs in building and scaling their ventures.
